Rotary International District 2041

District 2041 brings together the Clubs of the metropolitan area of ​​the city of Milan and is the only metropolitan district in Europe.

District 2041 is comprised of 47 clubs with approximately 1,850 members.

Riccardo Di Bari, a member of the Rotary Club Milano Nord, will be the District’s Governor for the Rotary year 2025-2026.

Italy’s first Rotary club, the Rotary Club of Milan was founded in 1923 and is part of District 2041.  The first District in continental Europe was established in Italy in 1925, the result of an extraordinary growth of clubs in the two-year period of 1923 to 1925.
